How Can severe Pain And Burning Sensation In The Chest Be Treated?
Help, something is burning inside the right side of my upper-to-middle chest. Something is hurting and burning deep inside and permeating to my core. Maybe the muscle is tight or something? It is a constant pain that is sometimes dull but still present.

Most probably it will be acid reflux. However, we have to rule out cardiac causes also.
Consult a patient and get evaluated.
As of now, antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole can be taken for symptomatic relief.
